Kim Kardashian shared the viral TikTok from a San Antonio Whataburger employee on her Instagram on Tuesday, August 2. Aliza Reynosa, 23, posted her video last week, calling out everyone who judges her for working at a Whataburger.

She told MySA that nothing really inspired the TikTok but she wanted to relay a message that a job is a job. Reynosa said she would receive comments sometimes about how others called her out for “just working at Whataburger.” In the video, she said passionately, “I don’t care if I was picking up trash on the side of the road…If I’m getting paid, you can’t tell me nothing.”

“I’m working at Whataburger and I’m in my Whatabag every week. My bills are paid and then some. I’m living my life. I’m happy,” Reynosa said in the TikTok that has now received more than 3.2 million views and over 700,000 likes.

The video resonated with so many including the likes of Kim K, who shared the TikTok on her Instagram story with a caption that said, “I Love You.” Reynosa said she couldn’t believe at first that one of the Kardashians noticed her video.

“I was so excited. I had to tell my grandma because that’s how surprised I was,” Reynosa said, adding how her grandma barely understood her but was happy for her too.

Reynosa said she’s glad the video blew up because it helps others see how she also raps on the side. She said people have been liking her music and giving her great feedback. However, she doesn’t plan on leaving Whataburger anytime soon. She has been there for over eight months and has loved every bit of it.
