SAN ANTONIO – 8:30 p.m. Update:
All lanes have reopened on Highway 90 between Loop 1604 and Grosenbacher, as of 8 p.m. Wednesday.
The crash happened after a man suffered a seizure while driving and struck a guardrail, leading to the lane closures, deputies said.
His injuries are unknown at this time.
Traffic in the area is slow as deputies are still working to clear the crash scene.
A single-vehicle crash has shut down parts of Highway 90 between Loop 1604 and Grosenbacher, according to Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
As of around 7 p.m. Wednesday, both the East and Westbound lanes have been closed off, the BCSO said.
Deputies are asking the public to avoid the area and find an alternative route as they work to clear the road.
