SAN ANTONIO — Britain and the world are saying a final goodbye to Queen Elizabeth II, whose 70-year reign defined an age.

LULAC is taking migrants from Eagle Pass to San Antonio, Austin and Dallas. The organization said this was in response to migrants being flown to cities in the northeast part of the country. LULAC says they are being transported on false promises.
