A man has died following a shooting that occurred in the parking lot of Morales Ice House late Sunday night, February 26, according to San Antonio Police Department Sgt. Matthew Brown.
Officers with the San Antonio Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at the bar located on the 900 block of Frio City Road from a call received around 11:30 p.m.
SAPD was joined by first responders with San Antonio Fire and Emergency Medical Services, who worked on the man who was shot, but he succumbed to his injuries and later died, officers said.
Police reported that the 40 to 50-year-old man was either dragged or ran into the Southwest Side bar where he later collapsed. Detectives are still investigating the incident.
