Schlitterbahn has 51 attractions on the 70-acre property, including “not-so” lazy rivers, a kid’s area, swim-up bars, and pools slides, according to Schlitterbahn’s website. MySA reached out to Schlitterbahn for more information on the $4.9 million renovation and if it will be finished by the start of the 2023 season.
This renovations will add to the $4.5 million renovations the water park completed before the start of the 2022 season. The upgrades included the Lagoon Activity Pool, the resort, a new B&B barbecue truck, new enhanced park amenities, new building paint, landscaping, and new furniture, according to a MySA report.
