A million TikTok users know Jerry Yguerabide for his approachable cooking tutorials. Later this month, about 40 people will have the chance to eat the food that made the San Antonio man a TikTok sensation. Yguerabide is the featured chef for Sari Sari Supper Club’s June 26 dinner.
The last time we spoke to Yguearbide in March 2021, the TikTok culinary master had 600,000 followers and was prepping the idea of starting his own concept as an homage to his grandma. More than a year later, Yguerabide’s following has grown to more than a million followers on TikTok alone, and his idea for his own business, Mesa de Magdalena, is just months out from opening.
