Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents at the San Antonio International Airport posted to Twitter on Monday afternoon, January 16, about a giant anti-tank weapon they discovered in luggage, but the problem wasn’t the fact that an anti-tank weapon was discovered in an airport. Instead, TSA said in the tweet that the 84mm caliber weapon found in checked luggage was not declared.

The 84mm caliber weapon looks like a Carl-Gustaf M4 recoilless rifle, seen on its website being used by the military. The weapon is used for combat purposes and for “neutralizing armored tanks,” the website says.

A spokesperson from TSA Southwest said that they did not have information on the passenger or their destination. Instead, TSA used the tweet to remind people that the next time they need to travel with their anti-tank weapon, they should declare that firearm. TSA requires passengers to declare every firearm that is checked luggage.
