SAFD confirmed a fatality in a two-vehicle crash on the northwest side.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department says a person is dead after a devastating crash on the northwest side.
Around 2:15 p.m., officials responded to the 9900 block of Interstate Highway 10 West after receiving reports of an accident involving two vehicles.
Upon arrival, SAFD says a person in one of the cars was found dead on the scene.
Identities have not been released as officials are still investigating the crash.
