A two-vehicle crash on the northwest side sent one person to the hospital in critical condition.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department says one person has been hospitalized after two-vehicle crash on the northwest side.
Around 8:30 p.m., officials responded to Guilbeau Road after receiving reports of a crash.
Joe Arrington with SAFD said that one person has been taken to a local hospital in critical condition due to injuries suffered during the head-on collision.
