1 hospitalized in critical condition after 2-vehicle crash in south San Antonio

A person is facing life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle crash on the south side, SAFD says.

SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department said one person is facing life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle crash on the south side Thursday afternoon. 

Around 4:30 p.m., officials responded to the 932-1099 blocks of Southeast Military Drive after receiving reports of a crash.

According to preliminary information provided by SAFD, one person was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries after two vehicles collided near the intersection of Quintard Street and Roosevelt Avenue.

Authorities have not said what might have caused the crash. 

This is an ongoing investigation.
