SAFD has confirmed a person has been hospitalized after a shooting on the west side.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department has confirmed a person has been hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being shot near Woodlawn Lake.
Around 9 p.m., officials responded to North Hamilton Avenue near West Poplar Street after receiving reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival, authorities say they found a person in critical condition and suffering from life-threatening injuries.
The individual was taken to a local hospital.
