BCSO said there were several occupants involved in the single-vehicle crash but only one person was critically injured.
SAN ANTONIO — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office says a person was critically injured in a single-vehicle accident on the city’s east side.
Around 2:40 p.m., deputies responded to the 8100 block of Binz-Engleman Road after initially receiving reports of a major crash.
Upon arrival, BCSO says deputies witnessed a single vehicle that seemed to be involved in the crash.
Even though officials say their were several occupants in the car, only one of them were critically injured.
BCSO said there is “no criminal element” involved at this time.
