SAN ANTONIO — An 18-year-old man is accused of sexual assaulting a 13-year-old girl that he reportedly met on social media.
Xavier Martinez, 18, met the young teen while chatting on Instagram, and she even told him she was just 13-years-old.
Martinez is accused of picking up the young girl, telling her he would take her to school and instead, he’s accused of taking her to his home on Spring Moon, according to court documents. The affidavit says his northeast-side home is where he raped her.
We’re not sure how police found out about the alleged rape, but officers arrested Martinez, shortly after the incident at his home and the young girl was still there.
Martinez now faces a felony charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He’s being held at the Bexar County Jail on a $125,000 bond.
