Officials did not say how the tractor ran over the man.
SAN ANTONIO — Bexar County deputies jumped into action to save a man who was run over by a tractor on the far west side Monday morning.
According to BCSO, deputies responded to call for an injured/sick person on the 15400 block of Salmon Spring.
Deputies arrived and found an 18-year-old man who had been run over by a tractor and sustained a serious injury to his leg. The deputies started life-saving measures until paramedics arrived and took over. The man’s condition is currently unknown.
Officials did not say how the tractor ran over the man.
BCSO is still investigating the incident.
No other information was provided.
