SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police found a teen girl with a gunshot wound at a west-side home Saturday morning, according to a police report.
SAPD responded to a shooting in progress on the 300 block of Pradera Butte around 3:15 a.m.
Authorities say police officers found an 18-year-old woman who sustained a gunshot wound to her lower extremity.
Police say the teen had been in the home when multiple shots were fired at the residence by unknown suspects outside of the house.
The teen was taken to the hospital with a non-life threatening injury. No other injuries were reported.
Police did not provide a description of the suspect.
SAPD says this is an ongoing investigation.
