220 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 174 grams of THC vape cartridges, a shotgun, $23,735 and a vehicle were seized as investigators executed the search warrant.
SAN ANTONIO — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Federal Bureau of Investigation San Antonio Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force on Wednesday in executing federal warrants on the northwest side.
During the operation, FBI agents identified narcotics, U.S. currency and other contraband inside a residence. Bexar County deputies seized the items, officials said.
Investigators located 19-year-old Jouhuan Torres at the home and said he was in direct possession of the illegal narcotics.
Authorities reported recovering 220 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 174 grams of THC vape cartridges, one shotgun and $23,735 in cash. Investigators also seized Torres’ vehicle as part of the ongoing investigation.
Torres was taken to the Bexar County Adult Detention Center and faces two felony charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.
