
Police say the argument between Jason Gonzales and his brother, escalated and ended with an innocent bystander being shot and killed by a stray bullet.
SAN ANTONIO — A 19-year-old man San Antonio police have identified as Jason Gonzales, is accused of murder following an argument police say he had with his brother on June 14.

The incident happened at an apartment complex off Huebner Road and USAA Boulevard on the northwest side.
According to the arrest affidavit, one witness told investigators she was in a different room in the apartment when she heard a male voice say that if he had to shoot his brother, everyone inside the apartment was going to be shot.
Police say Gonzales then pulled out a gun and aimed at his brother but the bullet missed and went through the front door of the apartment.
Officials confirmed 37-year-old Fnu Bahishta was hit in the abdomen and later died.
Gonzales is also facing a charge in connection to a robbery on June 2.
According to an affidavit, three victims leaving a party at an apartment complex off the 3600 block of Callaghan Road were approached by several people with guns.
Police say two of the suspects were identified as Jason Gonzales and his brother Michael Anthony Gutierrez, who allegedly robbed those victims at gunpoint. Both were arrested for aggravated robbery.
Gonzales was booked into the Bexar County Jail over the weekend on a number of charges including murder.
His bond is set at $375,000.
