Officials say two individuals are fighting for their lives after a crash at a west-side intersection.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department has confirmed two people are in critical condition following a crash at a west-side intersection.
Around 9:15 p.m., officials responded to the intersection of North General McMullen and Ruiz Street after receiving reports of a multi-vehicle crash.
Information is limited at this time but SAFD says two people were hospitalized in critical condition.
This is an ongoing investigation.
