Officials have confirmed that two individuals are fighting for their lives after a head-on collision on the city’s south side.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department says two people have been hospitalized following a head-on crash on the south side.
Around 6:20 p.m., officials responded to the 16701-17139 blocks of Pleasanton Road after receiving reports of a major crash.
Preliminary information confirmed by SAFD suggests two individuals were transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries after a head-on collision.
