
A high-speed motorcycle crash along Broadway on Friday night left two people with life-threatening injuries, according to SAPD.
SAN ANTONIO — Two people were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after a late-night crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle on Broadway, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Police said the collision happened around 11:21 p.m. on Friday along Broadway.
According to SAPD, a 31-year-old man was riding a motorcycle northbound on Broadway at a high rate of speed. A Kia Soul traveling southbound attempted to make a left turn when the motorcycle approached.
Investigators said the motorcycle struck the Kia, causing both the driver and his passenger, a 30-year-old woman, to suffer life-threatening injuries.
The San Antonio Police Department said both motorcycle occupants were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The driver of the Kia remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators, police said.
The crash remains under investigation.
