BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — UPDATE: The missing 20-year-old last seen Sunday has been found alive and well, BCSO says.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 20-year-old woman who was reported missing after she left her residence Sunday afternoon and did not return.
She was last seen Feb. 15, 2026, at approximately 2 p.m. in the 12600 block of Millers Crossing, according to BCSO.
Investigators said she was last in contact with her family on Feb. 15., but left her residence without her cellphone and has not been heard from since.
She is described as being 5-feet-7 inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities said what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance is unknown.
Officials also noted that she has a medical condition that requires assistance.
