20-year-old woman with medical condition reported missing in Bexar County, BCSO says

Officials are seeking help to locate Elisa Gonzalez, a 20-year-old who vanished without her cellphone, sparking concern due to a reported medical condition.

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 20-year-old woman who was reported missing after she left her residence Sunday afternoon and did not return.

Elisa Gonzalez was last seen Feb. 15, 2026, at approximately 2 p.m. in the 12600 block of Millers Crossing, according to BCSO.

Investigators said Gonzalez was last in contact with her family on Feb. 15., but left her residence without her cellphone and has not been heard from since.

Gonzalez is described as being 5-feet-7 inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities said what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance is unknown.

Officials also noted that Gonzalez has a medical condition that requires assistance.
