
UTSA will travel to College Station for a matchup with Texas A&M on Aug. 30 for Week 1. Their home opener will be the next week on Sept. 2 against Texas State.
SAN ANTONIO — Mark your calendars UTSA fans because the American Athletic Conference has announced the full football schedule for the 2025 season.
UTSA is set for its third season in the conference, and each team will play eight conference games.
But before playing teams in the American, UTSA will travel to College Station for a matchup with Texas A&M on Aug. 30 for Week 1.
Their home opener will be Sept. 2 against Texas State.
Their first conference game will be an away game against Temple on Oct. 4.
The complete schedule is as follows (all times to be determined):
- Aug. 30 at Texas A&M, College Station, Texas
- Sept. 6 vs. Texas State in San Antonio
- Sept. 13 vs. UIW in San Antonio
- Sept. 20 at Colorado State, Fort Collins, Colo.
- Oct. 4 at Temple, Philadelphia, Pa. (Conference play starts)
- Oct. 11 vs. Rice in San Antonio
- Oct. 18 at North Texas, Denton, Texas
- Oct. 30 vs. Tulane in San Antonio, Texas
- Nov. 6 at South Florida, Tampa, Fla.
- Nov. 15 at Charlotte, Charlotte, N.C.
- Nov. 22 vs. East Carolina in San Antonio
- Nov. 28 or 29 vs. Army in San Antonio
- Dec. 5 or 6 American Football Championship
The top two teams in the final standings will meet in the American Athletic Conference Football Championship which will be either Dec. 5 or Dec. 6.
