2026 Paralympics: How many medals did Team USA athletes win during the Winter Games?

Here’s how many medals Team USA is bringing home.

WASHINGTON — The 2026 Paralympics have concluded, and the final medal tally has been settled.  

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Paralympic Winter Games. 

Multiple records were set at the Milan Cortina Winter Games, from the crowds in attendance to jaw-dropping medal collections for individual athletes. A record number of women competed this year, up 18% from the previous record number of women athletes at Beijing 2022, according to the Paralympics.

The United States won the second highest number of medals in the Winter Games at 24. People’s Republic of China is taking home nearly double, with 44 medals earned. 

Here’s how many medals Team USA is bringing home.
