SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department has confirmed three people have been hospitalized following a small ammonia leak at a northeast-side H-E-B Distribution Center.
SAFD said one of the patients was taken to the hospital in critical condition, while the other two were taken for precautionary reasons.
No word yet on how the leak was started, but SAFD said the leak has been stopped.
