SAN ANTONIO – Three people, including a young girl, were found dead from apparent gunshot wounds at a North Side apartment on Monday morning.
San Antonio police said their bodies were found during a welfare check at a unit in the 13100 block of NW Military Highway, near Wurzbach Parkway.
Their names and ages have not been released, and additional details were not made available. Police are expected to hold a news conference around noon.
Police said a weapon was found at the scene.
