3 SAPD officers shot in Stone Oak; scene still active, McManus says

Law enforcement agencies are responding to the area for what SAPD Chief McManus called a “suicide in progress.”

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police Chief William McManus confirmed that four officers have been shot in Stone Oak on Wednesday evening.

He also referred to the scene as a “suicide in progress.”

There was no word yet on whether any suspects were in custody in this incident.
