SAN ANTONIO — A 60-year-old woman from San Antonio has been found safe while hiking at the Hill Country State Natural Area on Thursday, according to Medina County officials.
The Medina County Sheriff says the woman was reported missing around 4 p.m. Thursday at the park.
Officials say the woman was hiking with a male partner who has been accounted for. Medina County Officials say they have been in contact with him as well.
Friday morning, KENS 5 learned the woman had been found safe.
