HOUSTON — A sinkhole in west Houston prompted the precautionary evacuation of eight homes on Saturday after a cistern collapsed, according to the Houston Fire Department.
This happened on Sutherland Terrace Place, which is near the intersection of Memorial Drive and Gessner Road.
