DALLAS — A North Texas man was arrested and charged with DWI after he hit police officers who were conducting a traffic stop, according to Dallas police.
The Dallas Police Department (DPD) said officers responded to a call for service at approximately 9:40 p.m. on Dec. 20 and were conducting a traffic stop in a marked police car when a vehicle crashed into them.
The driver of the vehicle, 67-year-old Jorge Villasenor, was arrested and charged with DWI, police said.
There were no major injuries reported, according to DPD.
