The baby was last seen wearing a navy-colored shirt and flower-print pants.
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing 1-year-old last seen on Tuesday in southeast Harris County.
Officials said Noah Mi’aani Jah-sae Johnson was last known to be with his mother, Kamilah Antoinette Johnson, 38, but investigators said he is supposed to be in the care of Child Protective Services.
Noah has a serious medical condition that could worsen if he doesn’t get the medication he needs, investigators said. Noah’s doctors alerted CPS after they found out Kamilah hadn’t picked up his medication from a local pharmacy.
CPS was so concerned that they asked Precinct 8 deputies to go to the family’s apartment on Space Center Boulevard near Genoa Red Bluff Road and take custody of Noah, but deputies said when they went to the apartment, it was empty.
“We have attempted to exercise the write of attachment by going to the known last known address,” deputies said. “The mother never answered the door. We received information from the complex that the mother had been seen loading her vehicle up with clothes and different things and her children and left the apartment complex, and as of yet, no one has been able to locate her.”
Noah and Kamilah were last seen around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. Noah was last seen wearing a navy-colored shirt and flower-print pants. He is around 2 feet tall and 30 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Kamilah is 5 feet 4 inches and 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

They are believed to be in a white 2007 GMC Yukon with Texas license plate STM7097. Investigators believe they may be in Missouri where they have family.
If you have any information about Noah’s whereabouts, you’re asked to contact the Harris County Pct. 8 Constable’s Office at 281-488-4040, option 1.
