AMBER Alert issued for 12-year-old girl missing from North Austin

Law enforcement say Jazzlyn Anzora was last seen early Tuesday morning in the Wells Branch area.

AUSTIN, Texas — An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 12-year-old girl who went missing early Tuesday morning in North Austin.

According Texas DPS, Jazzlyn Neveah Anzora was last seen with the suspect in the 1700 block of Wells Branch Parkway at 12 a.m. on Feb. 24. She was wearing a red sweater, white long-sleeve shirt, Christmas-themed pants and a Nike backpack.

The suspect has been identified as 18-year-old Henry Mejia, who may be driving a 2017 red Ford Mustang with Texas license plate VVK 2712, with an Instagram logo sticker on the passenger-side window. The car also has aftermarket chrome wheels.

Anzora is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall, 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Mejia is described as a white man, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a shaved line on his eyebrow.
