AMBER Alert issued for 15-year-old girl last seen at Elkins High School in Missouri City

Authorities said Serenity Turner-Douglas was last seen with Megan LeCour at Elkins High School on Wednesday afternoon.

MISSOURI CITY, Texas — An AMBER Alert was issued Wednesday for a teen girl who is believed to have been taken by a woman.

Serenity Turner-Douglas was last seen at Elkins High School on Knights Court in Missouri City around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

She’s 15 and described as being about 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a gray jacket, black pants, black shoes and had either a pink or rainbow backpack.

Authorities said Serenity was last seen with a woman, Megan LeCour, 31. She’s about 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Missouri City police said a school bus driver told a woman that her daughter did not get on the school bus. The school check the surveillance video and saw the girl leaving school and getting into a silver SUV. 

The relationships between the victim, the suspect and the woman who reported her missing were not clear.

Anyone who sees them is asked to call 911.
