AMBER Alert issued for 2 missing SA girls. Here’s what we know.

Authorities say the missing children, 1-year-old Aspen Johnson and 11-year-old Kaudrie Garant, were last seen Monday evening in the 5400 block of Timberhurst.

SAN ANTONIO — The Texas Department of Public Safety issued a late-night AMBER Alert for two girls – 1 and 11 years old – believed to have been taken by a man and woman on Monday. 

Authorities are searching for missing 1-year-old Aspen Johnson and 11-year-old Kaudrie Garant. They were last seen around 5 p.m. in the 5400 block of Timberhurst just west of Leon Valley, near Tezel and Grissom roads in San Antonio. 

Kaudrie is described as being 4 feet, 8 inches tall; weighing about 75 pounds; and having brown eyes and hair. 

The suspects are 35-year-old Scott Young and 30-year-old Leigh Sanford. DPS said they’re believed to be driving a white 2013 Chevrolet Silverado (Texas license plate JCH5569) or a black 2023 Chevrolet Corvette (Texas license plate SDN4760).

Young 5-feet-11 and weighs 210 pounds. Sanford is 5-feet-1 and weighs 138 pounds. 

The suspects’ relationship to the kids is unknown. It’s also unclear if the missing children are siblings.
