Police say one brother apparently thought he was losing the fight so he pulled a knife.
SAN ANTONIO — A fight between brothers on the northwest side ended violently Monday night, with one slashed twice on the neck, police say.
San Antonio Police responded just before 11 p.m. to the Auburn Creek apartments on Gardendale Road Near Wurzbach Road for reports of a cutting.
The incident started as an argument between brothers at their apartment. Police say one brother apparently thought he was losing the fight so he pulled a knife.
Officers say he cut his brother twice on the neck. Police say the injuries weren’t life threatening.
Video of the incident shows at least one of the men was talking with the medics who were treating him, but police say they ended up taking both of the men to University Hospital.
They also say both were detained while they sort out whether either will face charges.
