SAN ANTONIO — An argument between neighbors led to one man stabbing the other, according to San Antonio Police.
This happened on the southwest side just before 10 p.m. last night at a home on Little Creek Drive.
Police say one of the men was stabbed and cut multiple times during the fight but officials are not sure exactly what he was stabbed with.
The suspect ran away from the scene and police are searching for him.
