The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
SAN ANTONIO — Police say an argument between two men on the west side ended with one of the critically injured with a stab wound late Sunday night.
It happened around 10 p.m. in the 1900 block of Montezuma Street near Castroville Road.
Police say after the man was stabbed, the suspect took off in red pickup truck. No description was given for that suspect.
The victim was taken to University Hospital in critical condition.
No word on what started the argument.
