SAN ANTONIO — Music fans in San Antonio will have a chance to hear one of the most recognizable voices in pop and folk music this summer.

Eight-time Grammy Award winner Art Garfunkel is scheduled to perform at the Majestic Theatre on June 20, 2026. Tickets are set to go on sale Friday.

Garfunkel rose to fame as half of the legendary duo Simon & Garfunkel, known for hits such as “Bridge Over Troubled Water,” “The Sound of Silence” and “Mrs. Robinson.” He is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and has received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.

Organizers say the San Antonio performance is part of Garfunkel’s 2026 world tour, titled Art Garfunkel in (What a) Wonderful World. The tour launches in February and includes stops across North America before arriving in San Antonio in June.

In addition to his work with Simon & Garfunkel, Garfunkel has maintained a solo career with albums including Angel Clare, Breakaway and Watermark. His solo recordings feature songs such as “I Only Have Eyes for You,” “(What a) Wonderful World,” “All I Know” and “Bright Eyes,” which became an international No. 1 hit.

According to tour organizers, Garfunkel returned to live performances in 2025. The upcoming tour marks his continued return to the stage, accompanied by his longtime band.

The Majestic Theatre show is expected to feature selections spanning Garfunkel’s decades-long career, offering audiences an evening of classic hits and fan favorites.
