
SAPD is searching for at least three suspects after robbing an east-side ATM at gunpoint.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department says they are searching for at least three suspects after a man was attacked during an ATM robbery at an east-side credit union.
Around 11 a.m., SAPD responded to the 2000 block of South East Loop 410 after receiving reports of an ATM robbery at the Security Service Federal Credit Union.
SAPD says a security service employee was doing business at the ATM when three to four suspects allegedly confronted him with guns, attacked him and stole money from the ATM before leaving in a “mid-sized” white Audi.
Detectives are following up with the credit union and surrounding businesses to get any possible surveillance footage in attempt to gather information on the suspects and the vehicle they drove away in.
The suspects are facing aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon charges once they are in custody.
