AT&T is boosting its San Antonio workforce with an in-person hiring event Feb. 5 that includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
SAN ANTONIO — AT&T is hosting an in-person hiring event Thursday, Feb. 5, as the company looks to fill more than 400 bilingual call center sales positions.
The hiring event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at AT&T’s call center located at 1010 North Saint Mary’s Street.
Priority scheduling will be given to candidates who apply online and complete the required assessment in advance, but walk-ins are welcomed.
The full-time positions are for bilingual (English/Spanish) call center sales representatives and offer a hybrid work schedule, with employees working on-site three to four days per week and remotely one to two days per week.
According to AT&T, the positions come with competitive pay, starting at $19.81 per hour plus uncapped commission opportunities. Top-performing employees have been know to earn more than $62,280+ annually. The position also include a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in installments over the first year of employment.
