UVALDE, Texas — Attorneys for former Uvalde School District Police Chief Pete Arredondo have now submitted a request for a change of venue for his trial.
This comes after former Uvalde CISD officer Adrian Gonzales got his trial location changed to Corpus Christi.
Both men are charged with child endangerment and abandonment for their roles in the response to the Robb Elementary shooting.
19 students and two teachers were killed at Robb Elementary School.
There is no date set yet for Arredondo’s next hearing.
