SAN ANTONIO — As the “Benito Bowl” approaches, a Bad Bunny-inspired cultural experience is making its San Antonio debut this weekend, bringing reggaetón beats, tropical vibes and a celebration of this year’s Super Bowl halftime headliner.
According to a press release, That Venue at The Rim invites fans to La Casita Pop-Up, running from Friday, Feb. 6 to Sunday, Feb. 8, marking the first installation outside Chicago since the immersive activation launched there in January.
The La Casita Pop-Up was created as “a space to celebrate Latino identity, creativity and togetherness,” organizers said. The experience is a custom built look-alike of the iconic pink casita depicted in the visuals for Bad Bunny’s DtMF album and his concert residency in San Juan.
That album made history as the first fully Spanish-language album to win Album of the Year, a milestone that organizers said helped spark pride and representation across generations.
