BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — Bexar County authorities say a man is dead and another in custody after a shooting at a far-west side home Monday night.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 14000 block of Picardy Wheel — near FM 471 and Highway 211 — just before 7 p.m. for what officials called a “family disturbance” that culminated in gunfire. It’s unknown what led up to the shooting, but authorities say a male shot the victim in the chest, killing him.
No one has been identified as of yet as deputies continue to investigate. It’s unknown if the suspect and victim are related.
