SAN ANTONIO — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said a person is in surgery after a shooting at the Frost Bank Center Thursday night.
Around 10 p.m., shortly after the Spurs game against the Pistons ended, officials responded to the Frost Bank Center after receiving reports of a shooting.
Preliminary reports from BCSO suggest a 48-year-old victim was taken to a hospital with two gunshot wounds after a minor crash led to an altercation.
BCSO said the 47-year-old suspect was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, but more charges could arise.
