The incident allegedly took place overnight on Thursday after the suspect arrived at the victim’s residence.
BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an 18-year-old for an alleged incident where a victim claimed they were sexually assaulted.
On Thursday, a female victim reported to BCSO that she had been sexually assaulted by 18-year-old Aden Noor Abdi.
The incident allegedly took place overnight on Thursday after Abdi arrived at the victim’s residence. The victim told officials that despite her refusal to engage sexually, Abdi “forcibly assaulted her.”
After the assault took place, Abdi reportedly tried to manipulate the victim by not letting her leave. Fortunately, she was later able to convince Abdi to let her leave.
Following the victim’s report to authorities, investigators filed arrest warrants for Abdi and were able to locate and place him into custody.
“Investigators are asking if anyone has ever been a victim of Aden Noor Abdi, come forward and make your report to investigators by calling 210-335-6000 or email BCSOTIPS@bexar.org,” BCSO said.
