BCSO: 2 teen brothers missing in Bexar County

Both the 17 and 14-year-old brothers were seen leaving their far northwest-side home in the early hours of Monday morning, according to BCSO.

SAN ANTONIO — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating two teenage brothers who were reported missing early Monday after leaving their Bexar County home.

Anthony Garcia, 17, and Derek Garcia, 14, were last seen leaving their residence in the 6200 block of Kimble Mill at about 12:14 a.m. on March 9, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, 

Anthony is described as being 5-feet 5-inches tall and about 180 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing gray Nike shorts and a blue T-shirt. Authorities said he left the residence on foot and does not have a vehicle. 

Derek is described as being 5-feet 3-inches tall and about 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, a black hoodie with large lettering, striped black sweatpants and black sandals.

Deputies said Derek was also seen leaving the home on foot at approximately the same time as his brother.
