Investigators are working to determine if the parents will be charged or not, officials say.
SAN ANTONIO — A 2-year-old child wearing a diaper was found roaming alone in south Bexar County, according to officials.
BCSO was called to the 4100 block of Eutrophic Circle just before 11 a.m. Sunday where they found the child all by itself.
As of Sunday afternoon, the child is heading to the hospital while the parents have been put into custody. CPS has been notified, and investigators are working to determine if the parents will be charged or not.
