BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — BCSO have found a toddler wearing only a dirty diaper in west Bexar County and their parents are nowhere to be found.
The child was found at the corner of Bright Pass and Hollow Trail, located in the Westcreek subdivision.
Officials say he was found with no obvious injuries.
