SAN ANTONIO — BCSO needs help finding a 14-year-old girl whose last known location was in the Alamo Ranch area almost a week ago.
Adrianna Meeks was last seen in the 4900 block of Legend Heights on Thursday around 7 p.m. She was wearing a black shirt, black bottoms with a “Ghostface” print and a gray hoodie. She is 5’3″ and has brown hair and brown eyes.
