Investigators are searching for a man accused of a scheme against an elderly person to steal $30,000 through an online investment plan.
SAN ANTONIO — A man is accused of stealing from an elderly man after tricking people into giving him money through an investment scheme, BCSO says.
Investigators say the guy showed up at a home on Preserve Trail earlier this month and convinced the people who live there to give him $30,000 for an online investment scheme. Deputies believe this was a financial fraud scheme.
Investigators say the man was driving a gray vehicle. If arrested, he would be charged with financial abuse of the elderly.
